Matchday four of the Chinese Super League will see Shandong Taishan come up against Changchun Yatai. Both the teams are separated by just a solitary point in the league table with Shandong Taishan occupying the eight position with six points while Changchun Yatai are just behind them at ninth with five points in their three matches so far. Shandong Taishan who were without a win in their last six matches entering into this season’s Chinese Super League have made a decent start to their campaign. They saw off Zhejiang Professional with a 1-0 win in their opening match but fell badly on their away trip to Henan Songshan Longmen losing heavily by 4-1. But have responded well since then with another 1-0 win this time over Guangzhou City powered by their star man, Marouane Fellaini. As for, Changchun Yatai this match is of added importance considering the fact that a win will help them overtake Shandong Taishan in the table. Unlike the hosts, they are still unbeaten in this season.
