Serbia will be looking to maintain their unbeaten streak going in the FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship 2022 when they take on Poland in the quarterfinals. On paper, Serbia have to be the clear favourites, thanks to their eye-catching performances in the tournament till now. However, they will be up against the co-hosts in their own backyard, making the task a lot harder. The FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship 2022 is hosted in the Netherlands and Poland this year, and the tournament which started on 23rd September will end on 15th October.

In this tournament, Serbia are the only side with a 100% win record. They have not only won all the matches they have played but have also done so in impressive fashion. Serbia have also collected the most number of points than any other team in the competition with 26 points from nine games to sit atop Pool F. In the same group, Poland are fourth with 17 points from nine matches. Poland would need all the support they can get from the home fans to cause a massive upset against the defending champions.
