Ousname Dembele opened the scoring before Robert Lewandowski netted a brace to help the Catalan outfit earn a point at home. The result left Barcelona at the third spot in Group C, three points behind second-placed Inter, who only need to beat Viktoria Plzen at home next time out to ensure a spot in the last-16 of the Champions League.

Real Madrid’s first choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is sidelined with back problem along with midfielder Dani Ceballos, who is nursing a hamstring problem. Therefore Andriy is expected to occupy the goal, with Militao and David Alaba forming the central defensive duo. As for Barcelona, the injury list consists of Memphis Depay, Hector Bellerin, Ronald Araujo and Andreas Christensen. Meanwhile Jules Kounde could make a timely return from an injury and join Eric Garcia at the heart of the defence.
