Lazio secured a narrow 1-0 win in the first leg at Stadio Olimpico last week, courtesy of Ciro Immobile's goal on the stroke of half-time.
Lazio will travel to Romania for the second leg of the European Conference League playoff tie against CFR Cluj on Thursday evening. The visitors are going into the Dr. Constantin Radulescu Stadium with a narrow one-goal advantage, having beaten the Liga I outfit 1-0 in first leg in Rome last week, thanks to Ciro Immobile goal on the stroke of half-time. The Seri A outfit managed to secure the win despite playing the majority of the match with 10 men after Patric received his marching orders inside the opening 15 minutes. Meanwhile the Romanian club finished with just a solitary attempt on goal at the Stadio Olimpico, and they also recorded only 39% of ball possession.
