Spain stands in the way of Morocco’s fairytale run in the FIFA World Cup 2022, as these two sides prepare for an intriguing round-of-16 tie on Tuesday. The contest at Education City Stadium will have the Europeans as the clear favourites – at least on paper. However, the form is on the African side. It is safe to say that Morocco is one of the in-form nations in the World Cup and they are one of the few who are still unbeaten in the competition. Their impressive outing in a difficult group has been met with a lot of praise from pundits and supporters alike.
