LAFC have managed to pick up just one point from their last two games away from home. In their last outing against Minnesota United, Brent Kallman’s opener was canceled out by Carlos Vela to earn a point. The Black and Golds currently trail the Philadelphia Union by two points for the Supporters’ Shield title. Dynamo, on the other hand, got the better of New England, courtesy of a Darwin Quintero’s opener and Fafa Picault’s brace. It was an impressive performance from the Orange Crush as they managed to create 20 goal-scoring opportunities, while recording 11 shots on target.

LAFC boss Steve Cherundolo has a strong squad at his disposal. Last game’s goal-scorer Vela is likely to join Opoku and Arango up front. Sancez and Blessing could pull the strings in the midfield, with Acosta and Cifuentes occupying the flanks. As for Houston Dynamo, Sebastian Ferreira is likely to lead the line with Darwin Quintero, Fafa Picault and Corey Baird in support.
