The 2019 Champions League winners Liverpool were simply outplayed by Napoli last week. At the Estadio Diego Armando Maradona, Serie A outfit secured all three points courtesy of a brace from Piotr Zielinski and one goal each from Andre Zambo, Anguissa and Giovanni Simeone. Meanwhile, Luis Diaz scored a consolation goal for the Reds. Jurgen Klopp’s side struggled to cope with Napoli’s high pressing, counter-attacking football.

Kudus netted a brace, while Davu Klaasen, Kenneth Taylor and Brian Bobbey scored one goal each for the Jews.
Liverpool midfielders Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Curtis Jones are sidelined with injuries. Therefore Fabinho, Elliott and Thiago Alcantara are likely to form the midfield-trio. Darwin Nunez is expected to lead the line with Diaz and Diogo Jota in support. As for Ajax, former Tottenham-man Bergwijn, who has netted seven times across all competitions thus far, is expected to join Kudus and Tadic up front.
