Jorginho is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Premier League club, Chelsea, and the Italy national team. He is often known for his versatility, technique, work rate, intelligence, and passing accuracy. During his youth, he first played for Verona before being loaned out to Serie C2 side, Sambonifacese in 2010. Three years later, he joined Napoli where the club turned out to be his career breakthrough. After spending four seasons with the Italian side, Jorginho signed for the English team Chelsea in 2018. Internationally, he even represented his country Italy on many occasions making over 30 caps.

Jorginho played an integral part in Napoli during their Serie A title race in 2018. He also won the Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa Italiana with the Naples club.
