Jorginho is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club, Chelsea and the Italy national team. During his youth, he first played for Verona before being loaned out to Serie C2 side, Sambonifacese in 2010.
Three years later, he joined Napoli – which turned out to be his career breakthrough. Jorginho even played an integral part for the club during their Serie A title race in 2018. He also won the Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa Italiana with the Naples club.
After spending four seasons with the Italian side, Jorginho signed for the English team Chelsea in 2018. With the Blues, he has been in the top-flight winning titles such as the UEFA Europa League in his first season, followed by the UEFA Champions League during the 2020–21 season. To date, he has over 170 appearances for the Blues.
