The reverse fixtures between these two sides in September last year ended 3-0 in favour of Swansea thanks to second-half goals from Ryan Manning, Luke Cundle and Joel Piroe.
Swansea City will be looking to extend their winning run to five games in the EFL Championship when they travel to MKM Stadium to take on Hull City on Saturday. The Swans secured a dominant 3-0 win away to Norwich City last weekend, while the hosts are heading into the match on the back of a narrow 1-0 victory over Watford. As of now, the Tigers are occupying 15th spot in the English second tier standings, having collected 56 points from 44 games, while the visitors are sitting three places above them, separated by six points.

Hull secured all three points against Watford thanks to Ozan Tufan’s 25th-minute penalty kick. It was their 14th second tier victory of the season and the Tigers have now recorded five wins from their last eight matches in front of their own supporters, while losing only once in the period. Hull are on an upward trajectory under Liam Rosenior, having lost only one of their last seven outings, scoring eight goals and keeping four clean sheets in the process. Hull are already out of the race for a playoff spot, therefore, with just two games remaining, their goal would be to try and catch 13th placed Watford, who are just three points ahead of them.
Swansea, on the other hand, are in stunning form, having not tasted defeat in their last seven outings, while winning six games in the period. Russell Martin’s side secured their 17th second tier victory of the season against Norwich last Saturday courtesy of goals from Joel Latibeudiere, Liam Cullen and Olivier Ntcham. Meanwhile, the Swans was won their last three away-games, scoring eight goals and keeping two clean sheets in the process. Swansea are currently four points adrift of playoff spot and with two games remaining, winning both the matches and Martin’s side can hope for the other results to go in their favour.
The reverse fixtures between these two sides in September last year ended 3-0 in favour of Swansea thanks to second-half goals from Ryan Manning, Luke Cundle and Joel Piroe. Meanwhile, these two sides have faced each other on 29 occasions, with the Tigers winning 13 times, while the Swans recorded ten victories. It’s likely to be a hard fought match at MKM Stadium as both sides are in very good form, with Hull losing only once in their last seven outings, while the Swans heading into the match on the back of a four game wining streak.
