Everton will host Dynamo Kyiv in their final pre-season friendly at Goodison Park on Friday night. Both sides are heading into the match on the back of victories. The hosts defeated Blackpool 4-2 in their previous friendly on Sunday, while Dynamo Kyiv got the better of Fenerbahce 2-1 last Wednesday to advance to the third round of the Champions League qualifier. Dynamo Kyiv, on the other hand, are going through a tough year, that saw their domestic campaign come to a premature half due to the Russia-Ukraine war and no decision regarding the 2022-23 Ukrainian club football calendar has been finalised so far.
