Vitaliy Buyalskyi netted a brace, while Oleksandr Tymchyk scored one to help the Blue and Whites secure all three points and move to nine points from five league games. Dynamo Kiev are currently occupying eighth position in the Ukrainian top flight standings. In the Europa League, the Blue and Whites have lost all their three games thus far.
Rennes, on the other hand, started off their Europa League campaign with a 2-1 win over Larnaca, before playing out a 2-2 draw against Fenerbahce and then got the better of Dynamo Kiev, last thursday. Meanwhile, the Red and Blacks are heading into the match, on the back of a 3-0 win over Nantes in a Ligue 1 fixture on Sunday. Amine Gouiri, Martin Terrier and Desire Doue found the back of the net at Roazhon Park to help Rennes take all three points. The Rennais are currently occupying sixth position in the French top division standings, having collected 18 points from 10 games.
