Dinamo Zagreb occupy top spot in the Croatian top division standings, having recorded five wins from their opening six games. In their latest outing against Osijek, Mislav Orsic opened the scoring before Bruno Petkovic doubled the lead and then Dino Peric netted a brace. Mario Jurcevic’ own goal in the injury time sealed the Blues’ victory. The Croatian outfit will fancy their chances of turning things around on their home turf where they are currently on a run of four consecutive wins.
Bodo/Glimt, on the other hand, are heading into the match on the back of a draw against HamKam courtesy of Pellegrino’s brace. Prior to that, Superlagert were on a run of six consecutive victories in the Norwegian Eliteserien, scoring an impressive 24 goals and conceding just three. The Yellow Horde are currently sitting third in the Norwegian top division standings with 38 points, from 19 games, seven points adrift of the leaders. Kjetil Knutsen‘s side will need to navigate through one more away game to earn a spot in the group stages of the Champions League.
Dinamo Zagreb defender Josip Sutalo is sidelined with an injury, while midfielder Marko Bulat is also nursing a long-term injury. Petkovic is expected to lead the line with Ademi, Orsic and Menalo in support. Tolic and Misic are likely to pull the strings in the midfield. As for Bodo/Glimt, Pellegrino, who has netted three times in his last two outings, is definitely going to be the front-man with Mvuka and Salvesen in support.
Dinamo Zagreb probable starting lineup: Livakovic, Ristovski, Sutalo, Peric, Ljubicic, Tolic, Music, Ademi, Orsic, Menalo, Petkovic
Bodo/Glimt probable starting lineup: Haikin, Sampsted, Hoibraten, Amundsen, Wembangomo, Vetlesen, Hagen, Saltnes, Mvuka, Pellegrino, Salvesen
