Copenhagen will be hosting Trabzonspor in the first leg of the final round of the Champions League qualifiers. The first leg in Denmark will be a huge step for both sides in realising their dream of Champions League group stage action. Both the clubs have not experienced the group stage action of Champions League for quite some time. The Danish outfit did so last in the 2016-17 season while Trabzonspor haven’t made it past the qualifiers since 2011-12.

Copenhagen have been highly inconsistent in their recent fixtures. In their last six matches, they have managed three wins and three losses. Copenhagen will have to deal with the unavailability of their main two goalkeepers, Kamil Grabara and Mathew Ryan, both out injured. In addition, Nicolai Boilesen and Orri Oskarsson will also be unavailable. For Trabzonspor, the main absentees will be the injured Marek Hamsik, Edin Visca, Serkan Asan, Bruno Peres and Huseyin Turkmen.
