Bristol Rovers were forced to share the spoils against Fleetwood last Saturday. Saun Rooney put the visitors ahead inside the opening 14 minutes before Josh Coburn equalised for Bristol with a 57th-minute strike. And then Aaron Collins gave the lead to the hosts, ten minutes from time. Just when it looked like the Pirates might take all three points, Rooney netted his second of the night, nine minutes into the injury time, to earn a point for his team, away from home. Peterborough, on the other hand, put three goals past Salford City in the mid-week to advance to the second round of the FA Cup. Ephron Mason-Clark opened the scoring before Jack Marriott netted a late double to seal the win for the Posh.
Bristol defender James Gibbons was replaced at half-time against Fleetwood and James Connolly might come into the back-four if the 24-year-old is unable to make the lineup. Sinclair, Coburn and Collins might form the back-three. As for Peterborough, Bergstorm is expected to occupy the goal, with Edwards, Kent and Butler sitting in front of him in the back-three. Clark Harris might partner Mason-Clark up front.
Bristol Rovers probable starting lineup: Belshaw, Gibbons, Thomas, Gibson, Gordon, Rossiter, Finley, Evans, Sinclair, Coburn, Collins
Peterborough United probable starting lineup: Bergstrom, Edwards, Kent, Butler, Thompson, Taylor, Fuchs, Burrows, Jones, Clarke-Harris, Mason-Clark
