🗣️ JDT: “They have a clear plan of how they want to play, very good in transition, they’re direct and good at picking up second balls.
We need that little bit of help from our supporters, and patience as well. Get behind the team, let them feel this is our fortress.”

Blackburn started their campaign with three successive victories , but have stuttered slightly of late, having lost three of their last five games. Last time out against Cardiff City, Mark Harris’ lone goal, seven minutes from time, handed the Riversiders their sixth league defeat of the season. Prior to that, John Dal Tomasson’s side got the better of Millwall (2-1), courtesy of strikes from Tyrhys Dolan and Ben Brereton Diaz. It was their sixth league win of the campaign.
Rotherham, on the other hand, shared the spoils against Millwall on Wednesday, after Daniel Barlaser’s 9th-minute opener from the penalty spot was canceled out by Zian Flemming, three minutes before break. The Millers are now winless in their previous three games, and their last victory came against Blackpool (3-0) on September 15. Chiedozie Ogbene, Wes Harding and Georgie Kelly netted for Rotherham to take all three points against the Seasiders.
Blackburn striker Sam Gallagher is pushing for a place in the playing eleven. While Sam Hedges is sidelined with a long-term injury. Chile international Brereton Diaz is likely to join Dolan and Gallagher in the front-three with Pickering and Hedges occupying the flanks. As for Rotherham, full-back Peter Kioso is nursing an injury, Conor Washington is doubtful for Saturday’s game. Ogbene is expected to partner Evans up front.
Blackburn Rovers probable starting lineup: Kaminski, Hyam, Ayala, Wharton, Hedges, Travis, Morton, Pickering, Gallagher, Dolan, Brereton-Diaz
Rotherham United probable starting lineup: Johansson, Hall, Wood, Harding, Barlaser, Norton-Cuffy, Wiles, Rathbone, Bramall, Ogbene, Eaves
