Barcelona failed to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League for the second time in succession following a third-place finish in Group C. It was the Indalicos’ fourth league-win of the season, helping Rubi’s side to move up to 13th spot in the standings. Los Rojiblancos are yet to win on the road, with just one point from their six trips so far this season. Almeria have recorded three wins and two defeats from their last five outings.
