Nottingham Forest travelled to the Emirates to take on Arsenal following a 1-0 win over Klopp’s Liverpool at the City Ground last Saturday. Arsenal started with Gabriel Jesus up front, Saka, Odegaard, and Martinelli behind him. Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka were at the heart of Midfield. At the same time, White, Saliba, Gabriel, and Tomiyasu played the back four for the gunners.

Steve Cooper’s team, on the other hand, started with Lingard, Awoniyi, and Gibbs-White up front. McKenna and Cook were the center-backs, with Lodi on the left and Aurier on the right by Kouyate, Freuler, and Yates in the middle.

Arsenal got off to a good start when Saka tried to charge down the flank only to be fouled by Lodi. Saka was on the move again a few minutes into the first half at the Emirates and fed Martinelli with a great cross, and the Brazilian didn’t need any invitation as he put one past Henderson with a diving header to make it 1-0 for Arsenal.

Saka went down again after his knock, and Arsenal were forced to make a forced substitution, bringing in Reiss Nelson. Lingard, on the other hand, was fed by Awoniyi and made a decent contact only to put it wide of the net. Lingard took advantage of a loose ball from Gabriel to put Nottingham on the attack again, but White blocked his shot. Arsenal went on a rampage since the start of the second half with Reiss Nelson scoring a brace in three minutes to put the hosts up 3-0.

Thomas Partey, the Ghanaian midfielder, made it 4-0, four minutes later with a stunning strike into the top-right corner. Arsenal were completely dominating the game, with over 65% possession. Things got even better when Jesus assisted for the second time, this time feeding Norway International, Martin Odegaard, to make it a memorable afternoon at the Emirates.
