Ferrari’s SF-23 was formally unveiled on February 14; following the success of the F1-75, there were high expectations for the vehicle. According to reports, the SF-23 has a stronger engine and is lighter, more dependable, and aerodynamically efficient than its predecessor. At the Fiorano circuit, the car was started and driven onto the track for demonstration purposes. The new challenger was driven around the course by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. According to recent rumours, the new car is highly creative. It is said to be the only vehicle that makes use of an S-Duct. A tweet from the user F1 Data Analysis claims that the car’s architecture enables high-pressure energy to pass through the low-placed intake and reappear over the sidepod. As a result, the rear receives a high-energy flow that maximises downforce.

Ferrari hasn’t tried to conceal the new design since they are convinced it is legal. Also, they are pleased with the advancements the car is making in the Maranello testing. In 2022, new regulations governing automobile aerodynamics went into effect, which caused porpoising in numerous vehicles. There was allegedly little porpoising in the new Ferrari during testing at the Fiorano Circuit. The SF-23 will reportedly be “one second faster” than the previous model, according to reports.
