Valorant, a free-to-play first-person shooter developed and released by Riot Games, has become one of the most popular games. The game has garnered a lot of positive feedback from the PC gaming community, and now mobile gamers are eager to get their hands on this 5v5 tactical shooter in the form of Valorant Mobile.

It’s been over a year since the game was published globally. Riot Games is now developing on the a mobile version of this game, and players are indeed excited about it. There have been numerous leaks and rumours about the Valorant Mobile release date, but the publishers have yet to confirm it.

PlayerIGN just shared a screenshot of the VALORANT files on Twitter, revealing a ‘Mobile’ folder with further information inside. Riot Games will move the game to mobile at some point in the future, according to PlayerIGN.

Valorant Mobile expected release date, and all details we know so far

The game is expected to be launched soon, according to numerous data miners and reliable sources. Although the game’s specific release date is unknown, it is slated to be released in E1 2022, which will take place between January and March.

The game will first be offered in beta testing, with limited access to a few countries and a small number of players. After the beta testing is completed, the game could be published in stages, with access granted to gamers that participated in the beta testing for the publishers.

Riot Games is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join their team. If everything goes according to plan, the game should be released in pre-Alpha by the second quarter of next year.

Unreal Engine appears to have been used to create the game. As a result, expect amazing visuals, but the minimum system requirements will undoubtedly be on the high side.

Setting the UI and overall visibility would be the game’s most difficult goal. When compared to the desktop version, it makes a huge difference because the display real estate is much less.

Don’t be surprised if you have to turn the visuals down a notch or two. Running the client on older hardware, as was the case with PUBG Mobile, would be tough.

Valorant is a one-of-a-kind game for handheld platforms. It would be exciting to see the game develop into a burgeoning E-Sport on mobile, filling a void that PUBG was unable to fill owing to political issues throughout the world.
