Buying skins can be an expensive affair in any popular free-to-play video game — and Valorant belongs to the same category. A player on Valorant’s subreddit did the math of how much money it would cost to purchase every skin in the game so others don’t have to take the effort. If you ignore bundles and the Night Market, the price will be a pain to see.

The total would set people back by a hefty sum of $5,658 to buy every single skin in the game. Currently, the game has 302 regular skins and a whopping 563,350 VP. Moreover, there are two legacy skins from the Champions 2021 collection, which come at a cost of 8,025 VP, and every battle pass. And that doesn’t even include all the extra cash players would require to upgrade their weapons with Radianite.

Although this might come across as a steep price to pay for every skin, it’s highly unlikely that anyone would go that far and use this method to build up their collection in the game. Riot keeps adding the Night Market to the game, which significantly brings down the value of several skins.

Besides, after every 24 hours, there’s a selection of skins that are made available for a cut-price in the rotating store. Still, it has never been a more expensive time than now to be a skin collector. Riot Games continues to bring bigger and better skins to Valorant. If you are someone who likes collecting skins in Valorant, it is better to wait for the right time and wait for the best deal. You don’t want to spend extra money on skins that might soon be cheaper.
