5. Hemlok Burst AR

The Boosted Loader attachment is already installed on the Hemlock, enabling quicker reloads and nine extra shots in the subsequent magazine when reloaded with a few rounds remaining. The Hemlok still lacks the stopping power of its contemporary weapons in the mythic tier of weapons despite improvements to all aspects since its transfer to the care package. The Hemlok may be passed up by players who already have fully equipped weapons, but if you need to switch your loadout for a nearby battle, the Hemlok still proves useful as one of season 17’s care package weapons.

4. R-301 Carbine – B tier

The R-301 has long been a mainstay of Apex Legends, but season 16 saw significant nerfs that significantly reduced the power of the cherished assault rifle. Even though the R-301 excels at long-range single shots, the Anvil Receiver’s loss significantly reduced the R-301’s long-range threat. The patch notes for Season 16 also made the assault rifle less effective at close range, reducing its damage from 14 to 13 and raising the hip-fire spread in all circumstances. Although the R-301 is still very reliable in most circumstances, its new close-range weaknesses should be supplemented by a strong sidearm.

3. Nemesis Burst AR – S tier

The Nemesis, which debuted in Season 16, is one of the best weapons in the entire game and excels at all ranges regardless of attachments. The Nemesis’s energy meter, which charges up with each burst fired and fills to 100 percent with the last round in a magazine, gives it its ability to fire at its highest rate in a single magazine. We believe the Nemesis to be the top choice for players of all types, both new and returning to Apex Legends, due to its minimal recoil, high potential for burst damage, and increasing fire rate the longer a fight goes on.

2. HAVOC Rifle – A tier

With its powerful assault rifle, the HAVOC, players who approach combat head-on are rewarded. Although the HAVOC’s large and unpredictable recoil pattern may turn off some players, its high damage output more than makes up for this drawback. The Turbocharger hop-up completely eliminates the fire delay, enables players to instantly deal devastating damage from the weapon, and encourages getting the fire strike from any gunfire.

1. Rampage LMG – S tier

Because of how simple it is to use and how versatile its kit is, the Rampage is the best. Although its base fire rate is the slowest of all LMGs, it makes up for this with very low recoil and a large magazine size, enabling players to apply pressure to their opponents for a longer period of time than with other weapons. The Ramage becomes the only weapon capable of breaking doors, adding to the pressure on enemies to find new cover or be shot down. Using a thermite grenade increases the fire rate by 30% for two and a half minutes (or until you shoot through the charge-up, with each bullet taking away about three and a half seconds).
