The Eminence In Shadow Season 1 Preview

The Eminence in Shadow episode 1, titled Disliked Classmate is going to revolve Cid Kagenou’s life and the way he used to live in the normal world as Minoru Kagenou.

In contrast to other kids who were drawn to the heroes and villains in the stories, Minoru Kagenou had always been intrigued by the strong supporting characters who revealed their true strength when called upon. In order to prepare for the day when he would have to show his actual might, he trained himself to become strong. That day, however, never came.

To bring down the enigmatic cult that hides in the shadows, Cid recruits members for his (false) organisation Shadow Garden while posing as another typical criminal figure. Cid leads his (fictional) outfit in a hilarious battle with the evil (yet unexpectedly real) Diabolos Cult.
