Team Vitality has made the decision to leave the Fortnite competitive arena in a poignant tweet. Team Vitality has been a significant presence in the market since 2018, and the athletes it has signed have had some comparatively prolific victories while sporting the Vitality flag. The organisation’s representatives made over $357,000 in Fortnite revenue during a four-year period, however, due to a desire to streamline, the team will no longer be participating in Fortnite. The notification came with very little information, but it was sufficient to mark the end of this phase of the organisation’s history. Now, it is anticipated that Team Vitality’s Fortnite developers and rivals would move as soon as possible, moving their skills to what might be a competing platform. Despite the fact that Team Vitality is leaving the Fortnite esports scene, there are still a lot of top-tier organisations there. Consider Tundra Esports, which represents some of the greatest Fortnite players in the globe, and Become Legends, the team representing the FNCS Invitational champions from November. There is no denying that Team Vitality is a powerful organisation, but the game continues without sounding harsh.

Team Vitality explained its future strategy in a tweet that it posted:

We have been forced to concentrate on a smaller number of elite ecosystems as a result of our plan to create the finest European teams. We appreciate all of the participants in the game, the crew, and the Fortnite community for their efforts and for coming along for the ride.

On its website, Team Vitality describes its current priorities as:

• League of Legends (both LEC and LFL)

• FIFA

• CSGO

• Rocket League

• VALORANT

• And content creation assets marked up as ‘ambassadors’

It will be fascinating to watch if Team Vitality leaves any other esports platforms in an effort to concentrate on a “smaller selection” of ecosystems.

Future Plans for Fortnite

The Chapter 4 update for Fortnite has debuted, bringing with it a brand-new map, fresh gameplay features, and of course a wide variety of skins and cosmetics. It was a crazy occasion that established the tone for Fortnite’s future. Fortnite has been around for more than five years and is still regarded as the best battle royale game ever created. It has since undergone a significant improvement thanks to Epic Games’ introduction of the Unreal 5.1 update, a global first.

Additionally, more features are allegedly going to be added to the platform over time. These entail the use of a “double jump” technique and perhaps even wall-running, which will speed up and increase the agility of the already highly fluid game. Fans are eagerly awaiting the next phase and perhaps the next Fortnite World Cup as Fortnite esports continue to enjoy significant popularity.
