Team Secret has announced the departure of their mid-laner, Michael “Nisha” Jankowski, after a three-year stint with the Polish midlaner. Nisha joined Team Secret after the conclusion of The International 2018, and has won multiple Dota 2 Pro Circuit Majors and had Top 2 and Top 3 finishes in The Internationals with the European team.Team Secret had a slow start to the year, as they finished 5th in a row in all three rounds in Division I of the regional Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) league. However, against all odds the team managed to grab the 2nd spot in The International 2022 (TI11) which was contested from the Last Chance qualifiers. However, despite finishing second in TI11, Team Secret will be looking for a new mid-laner for the upcoming season.Nisha parted ways with Team Secret after three memorable years .After announcing that the rest of its TI11 roster would stay together for the upcoming season, Team Secret announced earlier today that Michael “Nisha” Jankowski will be leaving the team after 3 years of service.

In their latest blog post on their website, Team Secret thanked Nisha for her contributions during her time with the organization. Additionally, team captain Clement “Pappy” Ivanov also had a personal message for the departed 22-year-old as he wished him the best going forward.

Nisha joined the team in late 2018, as he was scouted by Pappy after The International 2018 to replace the departed Marcus “Ace” Christensen at the carry position. However, as time went on he became a flexible player within the team as he switched roles between the carry and the midlane.Additionally, Nisha became one of the best players in the world under Pappi’s guidance as she won several LAN tournaments during her time with the team, including 2 major championships in Chongqing and Paris.

Furthermore, he was a key team player within the organization’s run at the latest edition of The International as it took second place.As of now, Team Secret is looking to replace their stellar mid-laner for the upcoming season, though the new recruit to the team will have a big spot to fill in for Nisha.
