Esports Charts named T1’s League of Legends roster as the most popular team in 2022. Notably, T1 finished runner-up at Worlds 2022 as it lost to DRX in the Grand Finals.
Esports Charts noted that T1’s League of Legends team generated 112.9 million hours of watch time last tournament season, and T1’s matches were followed by an average of over 675K viewers. Reportedly, the viewership peaked during the T1 vs DRX Grand Final of Worlds 2022 and was watched by over 5.14 million viewers. “This is the best indicator of all eSports tournaments in 2022,” said Esports Charts.

Compared to 2021, T1’s ‘Hours Watched’ figures have reportedly increased by 53% and this is attributed to T1’s popularity and the rise in viewership of League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) internationally.T1 has had a great 2022 season in the League of Legends eSports scene. It started the year with the LCK Spring Split where it went undefeated and won the split comfortably.
