Spy x Family Episode 6 was satisfactory. The kidnapping subplot was an odd choice for this spot, but it was something Yor could do, so it gets points for that. The investigation of Loid’s spy job was an intriguing, if slightly overused, look at the entire system. You messed up somewhere if Phineas and Ferb do a better job portraying secret agents. This entire episode was a joy to watch because of Anya, but what’s new about that? She stole the show with her facial expressions and actions, as she always does. In that regard, this episode was no exception.
The key takeaway from this episode was Eden College, which was a letdown. Despite the fact that it was supposed to be such a big deal in the show, it came across as a caricature of various British schools. The meritocracy system was also a little too anime to be practical, though it should lead to some amusing scenarios later in the show. Anya’s classmates are similarly generic for the time being, but they may surprise us if we give them some time. Overall, not a bad episode, but also not a particularly good one.
The seventh episode of Spy x Family has received an official preview from the studio. The trailer doesn’t reveal much, but it’s clear that Anya will try to apologise to someone in her own hilarious way. Damion is still bruised from his last fight with Anya, and it’s safe to say he won’t let her get any closer to him. Twilight will attempt to resolve this issue. Fortunately, Becky Blackbell is still with Anya, so she has at least one friend for the time being. But Loid would prefer that Anya focus on improving things with Damion because that is the only way he can get closer to Donovan Desmond.
When she was bullied on her first day at the academy, Anya tried her hardest to remain calm. However, with Damion Desmond, she reaches a breaking point and assaults the very person who is critical to Twilight’s mission. Twilight is panicking as a result of the current situation. Henry Henderson, on the other hand, thinks Anya’s support for her friend was quite elegant. This is the first time Twilight has had to rely on others for the mission, so the situation is obviously difficult for the world’s greatest spy. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see how he will now turn things around in his favour.
