Chemin Esports has officially announced the transfer of Omega and Akshat from their BGMI roster to S8UL Esports (SouL New Lineup). S8UL Esports is a well known esports organization in India and after their run at BGIS 2021, they made it clear that the entire roster will be revamped. This change was behind the scenes as no names were revealed in the process.

There have been a few allegations of player poaching recently, but no serious evidence has been shown to support these claims. The athletes who were approached for the S8UL roster trials were Omega and Akshat. Chemin Esports issued a formal statement declaring that their whole BGMI roster is under contract and that “any lineup adjustments will be officially communicated to everyone.”

The fanbase was confused by these developments, but S8UL quickly declared Omega and Akshat’s official transfer. They were previously a part of 8Bit and will now represent S8UL as a whole in Battlegrounds Mobile India.

Omega served as the team’s in-game leader, with Akshat serving as an assaulter. Although the team had some success in third-party tournaments, it was unable to qualify for the BGIS 2021 grand finals.
