Shogun Genshin Impact: 2.5 leaks Raiden Shogun boss fight

Raiden Shogun will soon be the most intimidating boss in Genshin Impact with the 2.5 update. Beta testers have confirmed that the new weekly boss fight will be the Electro Archon from Inazuma. It goes without saying that taking on Ei in a battle won’t be easy for the players. She packs a lot of abilities that are effective against shielding characters.

Raiden Shogun boss fight entrance revealed

As per a recent post on the r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks Subreddit, Yae Miko will be making her way to the Raiden Shogun boss fight. It seems like the leaker degraded the video’s quality to avoid copyright strikes. From the mini map, it is hard to make out where the Raiden Shogun boss fight will happen.

Players claimed to have searched the entire map but weren’t able to find a location similar to the one in the video. That said, the boss might be located near the Grand Narukami Shrine. Players could also get a new quest that shows how Raiden Shogun/ Ei became such a ferocious Electro boss.

Raiden Shogun to have anti-shield ability

Raiden Shogun could be the toughest boss in Genshin Impact because she can stop time and also attack shielded characters with ease. In the leaked footage, it is clear that Zhongli’s shields were useless against the Electro Archon.

She uses the Musou no Hitotachi against the shielded Geo Archon and takes him down just with one hit. This slash could have the ability to stop time. As per fan theories, healers and shielders won’t be able to go against Electro boss. Players will have to charge an orb of a kind to evade the attacks and also complete a protective barrier.

We can safely assume that these will be the primary mechanics of the boss fight. Overall, players should be ready for what seems to be the most difficult fight in the history of the game.
