The highly anticipated anime adaptation of the Paradox Live franchise finally has a release date. According to the official website, “Paradox Live The Animation” will premiere in October 2023. The website also unveiled a new key visual for the anime. The upcoming series is based on a multimedia project that combines hip-hop music and technology, creating a unique and futuristic experience.
The anime will feature a returning cast, including Gakuto Kajiwara as Allen Sugasano, Ayumu Murase as Yeon Hajun, 96Neko as Anne Faulkner, Ryōta Takeuchi as Naoakira Saimon, Yuu Hayashi as Yohei Kanbayashi, Natsuki Hanae as Ryū Natsume, Junta Terashima as Shiki Andō, Yūsuke Kobayashi as Kanata Yatonokami, Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Nayuta Yatonokami, Takayuki Kondō as Iori Suiseki, Shima as Zen Gahō, Shunichi Toki as Hokusai Masaki, Tasuku Hatanaka as Satsuki Itō, and Shōgo Yano as Reo Maruyama. With such a talented and experienced cast, fans are eager to see how they bring the characters to life in the anime.
Naoya Ando, who has previously worked as an episode or unit director on popular anime like Aikatsu!, Love Live! Sunshine!!, and PriPara, will be directing “Paradox Live The Animation” at PINE JAM. Meanwhile, Takayo Ikami, known for her work on Beautiful Bones -Sakurako’s Investigation-, Dances with the Dragons, and Penguindrum, is overseeing and writing the series scripts. Koji Haneda, who has designed characters for anime like The Faraway Paladin and the Initial D: Legend films, is responsible for character design.
The Paradox Live franchise is a hip-hop-themed multimedia project that includes music CDs, merchandise, events, and now an anime adaptation.
