NODWIN Gaming, South Asia’s premier esports company, has purchased a 10% share in Rusk Media, a digital content IP Media network, in their newest investment after being launched in March 2021.
Rusk Media is a digital content IP Media network whose content is “tailor-made” for audiences aged 15 to 25, which also happens to be the bulk of esports spectators. The goal of this move will be to “massify” the region’s burgeoning esports business.

The company has been expanding and consolidating its presence in the Indian esports industry since its inception in March of this year. They have also acquired OML Entertainment’s gaming and associated IP assets, including the popular BACARDI NH7 Weekender music festival’s IP. By investing in Rusk Media, NODWIN Gaming hopes to expand and broaden its portfolio of content IPs in the gaming and esports ecosystem, continuing its “youth first” attitude.
