About 9 years have passed since Attack on Titan, formerly known as Shingeki no Kyojin, originally debuted and captivated the anime community. It is frequently referred to as the Game of Thrones of anime, yet unlike GOT, the last season of AOT has been utterly mind-numbing and brilliant. The one-hour Season 4 Part 3 special that aired on March 3 is the saga’s second-to-last episode, with one more to go. The two chapters of the one-hour show were titled “The Rumbling” in Chapter 1 and “Sinners” in Chapter 2. The first episode of Attack On Titan Season 4 Part 3 aired on the NHK local Japanese network on March 4, 2023, at 12:25 am Japanese Standard Time. Fans of the show were eagerly anticipating the publication of the aforementioned episode on the different streaming services accessible in their region and had been expecting for a simulcast; instead, the episode was released several hours later than expected.

Episode Release Date

The good times are back as Attack On Titan returns for the final time, however, it won’t be the last since it will take a brief break before the Season 4 Part 3 finale. In essence, Season 4 Part 3 consists of just 2 episodes, the first of which is now available. The last episode, which will air this fall, will follow. So, the decision was made to complete the narrative with merely two epic specials rather than a number of episodes. The fact that we have to wait a while longer to see how this epic drama end is incredibly sad and irritating.

In essence, AOT Season 4 Part 3 can be thought of as a collection of the final two AOT films. The Last Chapters: Special 2—which possibly includes the final two or three chapters—will follow The Final Chapters: Special 1, which was the first installment. It’s a good thing that it has been confirmed to return this year. It has been established that the show will return in the fall, which is between October and December. Therefore, in any case, we still have a long wait of about 6 months until we get to witness the conclusion.

The conclusion may run between 70 and 90 minutes, which would make it slightly longer than the first special. But it may take longer than an hour to wrap everything up, this is only a hunch based on the fact that there is still some action and drama to unfold. In the last moments of the previous special, the majority of the cast dove directly onto Eren’s Titan, an injured Levi returned to action, Reiner changed into the Armored Titan mid-flight to leap onto the Beast Titan, and Armin delivered a particularly funny statement after touching down.

Where To Watch?

Within a few hours of the episodes’ initial airing on the NHK Japanese network on March 4, 2023, at 00:25 JST, the Attack On Titan Season 4 part 3 episode 1 subbed version became available online on streaming services including Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu. When Attack On Titan Season 4 Part 2 is released, which is anticipated to happen in the fall of this year, part 3 episodes will also be made available on the aforementioned sites. If you really can’t wait for the episode to air, you may read the Attack on Titan manga’s conclusion on Viz Media’s website or on Shuesia’s Shonen Jump app.
