Mashle: Magic and Muscles, the next chapter of the series, Chapter 149, will have Mash negotiating with an entity to allow him to return to the living world so that he can bring about its peace. It’s always enjoyable to read new chapters of Mashle: Magic and Muscles, and it’s been visually stunning ever since Mash made an appearance in the battles against Doom and Innocent Zero. Naturally, in keeping with the manner of most Shonen mangas, even our main character Mash, who is strong, is unable to beat Innocent Zero. In fact, our primary character was killed during the first round of combat with the major antagonist. Mashle: Magic and Muscles will carry on Dragon Ball’s legacy, which is something we definitely weren’t expecting to see in this series.
Mash was confronted by an entity in the dead that wants something in return for him to give up a temporary life so that he can complete his objective of bringing about world peace. Mash’s relationships with his family and friends are what he must give up in exchange for a transitory life, but he has refused to make this exchange since he does not want to do so and because he is not adept at interacting with people. This made for a good laugh, but we’re not sure how Mash will adjust to life beyond death. Surely not 66 hours later as the woman Meliadoul claimed after having an artificial heart implanted. Fans are eagerly anticipating Mashle: Magic and Muscles Chapter 149 and want to know what will happen next.

After being serialized in the most recent edition of the Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine, Mashle: Magic and Muscles Chapter 149 will be free to read on Viz Media and Manga Plus.
Mashle: Muscles and Magic Chapter 148 titled “Mash Burndead And The Door’s Demand” sees Lady Meliadoul working on curing Mash as soon as he came and takes out an artificial heart from a box and shoves it immediately inside Mash. She observes that this heart has a high rate of rejection and that, even accepting Mash’s body, getting him to walk again will require a full recovery of 66.6 hours.
But, the other observes that Innocent Zero won’t remain patient for so long, and Meliadoul points out that there is no other option. Speaking of Innocent Zero, the villain enters the scene and begins to attack, declaring that his goal is to eliminate Mash. Mash is under Lady’s care until he is cured, she says, and then she stops him from attacking. Mash wakes up somewhere in the meantime, and an angel-like thing informs him that he is dead and that he must give up his most precious property in order to return. Mash offers one of his favorite treats, one of the things he values most. The creature demands that Mash give up his bonds in exchange for a little period of time, but Mash refuses.
