In Warzone 2 DMZ, where can you use the Rusted Fridge Key?

The second season of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 introduced Ashika Island, a brand-new map. Even though Ashika Island is much smaller than Al Mazrah, it is still full of attractions that players can visit to resupply on supplies, store currency, or engage in large-scale combat with other players or hostile NPCs.

If you have the key to open them, you can access many locked areas that contain high-tier loot. This guide will show you where to find the Rusted Fridge in Warzone 2’s DMZ. You can discover this key as a random loot drop, though there is no surefire way to do so.

In Warzone 2 DMZ, where can you use the Rusted Fridge Key?

The majority of the map will be accessible as soon as you enter Ashika, but some rooms, containers, and other loot boxes are locked. Players must locate the corresponding keys in order to open these areas. They may be found in common loot locations or may drop from enemies. One such key that unlocks a locked container on Ashika Island is The Rusted Fridge Key.

Southern Ashika Island’s Rusted Fridge is close to the Beach Club POI. By the Beach Club Observatory Deck in the Port Ruins region, the refrigerator is submerged in water. As soon as you swim close enough to the loot cache, it will automatically be highlighted for you as seen in the third picture. When you do, go underwater to find it and use the Rusted Fridge Key to unlock it so you can take its contents.

Players must travel to Ashika Island’s furthest south point in order to locate the Rusted Fridge in Warzone 2 DMZ. Between Beach Club and Port Ashika, off the southern coast, is where you can find the container. The image down below shows the precise location. Once you’re on the elongated dock, go around to the back of the structure and dive into the water below. Underwater, the containers, which will resemble a rusted refrigerator, will be discovered. The rusted refrigerator should have a white outline like most other locked containers, making it simple to spot among the murky waters.

Three kitted weapons, a note, and possibly some other loot are all inside the refrigerator. Therefore, if you have the key to unlock it, the Rusted Fridge is a must-go loot location, especially if you and your teammates are seeking a quality weapon. Keep in mind that if you spend too much time underwater while looting, you could drown and perish.

All loot is randomly distributed at the beginning of a DMZ lobby, except for the items in the rusted refrigerator. Given that it is a small container, there probably won’t be much in the loot box, which could contain anything from weapons to money. Look for a nearby Dead Drop to deposit your findings if you need to store anything or convert money into XP.
