There are several ways players can get their hands on loadout drops in Warzone 2:

• Loadout Drop Grenades: Players can use in-game cash earned during matches to purchase loadouts at Buy Stations located on the map. Just buy a loadout drop marker called a loadout drop grenade.
• Match Loadout Drops: There are also two loadout drops that will drop during a match, one drop within the first two circles and one late-game that can be grabbed by anyone.
• Strongholds and Black Sites: Players can earn loadouts as a reward for clearing new Strongholds or Black Sites located around the map.

Loadout drops usually attract players’ attention when deployed. Smoke billows from the package and the helicopter can be seen and heard by other squads in the vicinity. So make sure you research the area before committing to a drop down.

Raven Software Adds More Ways To Get Loadout Drops In Warzone 2.0 :

Raven Software recently added loadout drop grenades to Warzone 2.0 as part of the holiday update. You can buy Loadout Drop Grenades for $8,000 in Solos, $16,000 in Duos, $24,000 in Trios, and $32,000 in Quads.

However, Raven has stated that, “the continuation of this feature will depend on the feedback we receive and the overall impact on the battle royale experience.”The process of introducing load out drops to buy out stations was gradual. With the Season 1 Reloaded update increasing the amount of strongholds per battle and an additional update doubling the amount of purchase stations, these features helped set up the public launch of loadout drops. The developers also reduced the cost of main weapons at purchase stations and produced loadout drops in purchase stations.
