A new GTA 6 leak has been doing rounds about how the GTA 6’s Online mode will work, what characters players will have control of, and what can be done. Not much is known about the game, despite the company announcing that it is “well underway.”
While players are eagerly waiting for official information, leaks and rumors have surfaced hinting a return to Vice City is planned with a plethora of new features such as large-scale destruction. Now, a reliable leaker has revealed possible info about GTA 6’s Online and how it will function.
According to Redditor ‘GTA_VI_Leak,’ GTA 6 Online will take place after the single-player game and allow players to take control of 4 characters. He also claims that each of the Online characters will have a back story and roles in the game. Besides, players will be able to switch between their characters to play their individual missions.

The first character will be a low-ranking member of El Tercer Ojo cartel from South America where players will be smuggling drugs and guns to gain access to the best weapons.
The second character is said to be a DOA agent from Vice City who wants to take down the cartel by arresting its members. However, killing NPCs and other players can hamper a player’s reputation. The larger their reputation rank, the bigger will be their salary.
Players will be able to build a reputation by selling drugs and having shootouts with rival gangs to gain control of a territory. “The Ballas and Families are from opposite sides of Carcer City and each has a ‘home turf’ on either side that can never be taken,” the leaker wrote.
