Finnish esports organization ENCE has announced a partnership with the Football Association of Finland (Suomen Palloliitto, or SPL).As part of the deal, SPL will support the ENCE Academy by using their experience in youth and educational work as well as coaching.In addition, ENCE will help the SPL develop its e-sports activities, starting with the organization of e-football matches, which will be broadcast live from the organization’s headquarters in Helsinki. SPL becomes the latest addition to ENCE’s roster of partners, which includes Logitech, Red Bull, delivery company Volt and telecom company Elisa, among others. Recently, the organization secured a data partnership with Danish audience analytics firm Cavia to improve its business operations.Founded in 2013 by Petri Hamala and Mika Kuusisto, ENCE currently builds rosters in CS:GO, StarCraft II, and PUBG. During 2022, ENCE also launched its own CS:GO Academy, coached by former pro player George ‘Whitey’ White.ENCE was originally founded in 2013 to professionalize the Finnish esports scene. Their mission has always been to build a sustainable winning culture and know how to create success stories.

ENCE has partnered with the Football Association of Finland (Suomen Palloliitto, or SPL) to support the ENCE Academy with youth educational work and coaching services.
