Deathloop proved its mettle and became yet another blockbuster FPS from the house of Arkane Studios. Riding high on the success of Dishonored and Prey, the Bethesda-published adventure game shows the story of assassin Colt Vahn as he tries to break a deadly time loop.

The game came out on PlayStation 5 and PC in 2021; however, its Xbox release was yet to be announced. Well, all that is about to change.

Xbox Game Pass to get Deathloop?

While nothing is confirmed as of now, it’s almost certain that Deathloop will be making its way to Xbox Game Pass. Advertisements for Deathloop have started appearing on the Xbox Dashboard, hinting that players can pre-order and their hands on the game.

Since the exclusivity period on Deathloop has concluded, Bethesda can now make Deathloop available on other platforms as Microsoft own it through the game developer. Selecting the Deathloop Xbox advertisement doesn’t redirect interested buyers to a store page currently, but that won’t be the case in the coming days.

Deathloop challenges awaiting

Though we still don’t have a release date for Deathloop on Xbox Game Pass, it has been rumored that the game can hit the platform as soon as September 20, 2022 – as per The Xbox Two podcast, hosted by industry insiders @randalthor19 and @jezcorden.

Speaking of the game, Deathloop offers several challenges for players to partake in, including gaining the ability to use Residuum and completing the perfect loop. While each loop is different from another depending on each individual playthrough, there is a specific pathway players can opt for to complete the perfect loop, where players manage to finish all eight Visionaries.
