Riot Games’ popular Valorant Episode shook the FPS completely, with huge changes for everything including weapons to the agent. Episode 3, Act 1 also brought us KAY/O, a war machine that took the top spot in players’ agent list.

Now, Riot has started teasing the game’s seventeenth agent – Chamber. The company also dropped a music video titled ‘Year One Anthem’ during Valorant’s one-year anniversary celebrations. The anthem showcases everything that the game has to offer, though fans were quick to point out a new face during the video.

That new face belongs to Chamber that was originally referred to as ‘Deadeye’ – the codename uncovered by data miners. The new agent has been described as a “well dressed and well armed” French weapons designer.

Valorant Chamber Release Date

So, the big question is when will Chamber be released in Valorant? The released date has been set for Valorant patch 3.10, which is set to arrive on November 16. While most players expect the new agent to appear at the start of Episode 3, Act 2 on November 2, there has been a small delay.

Valorant Chamber Role

It was revealed that the new Valorant agent Chamber is a Sentinel. The developer claims that “thinking about different ways to approach the Sentinel role” formed the basis of this new character.

“Early on, our thought process wrapped around the idea of ‘someone that bunkers down, and holds a location by getting frags,’” RiotMEMEMEMEME said. “As we worked on Chamber, the evolution of someone who can hold down a site with an array of weapons emerged.”

Valorant Chamber Abilities

In the September 2021 ‘State of the Agents’, RiotMEMEMEMEME also revealed Chamber would come with a kit that will enable players for “mechanical outplays, with an additional focus of gunplay into the mix for an extra flourish.”
