COD Mobile player Jash "Learn" Shah nominated for Esports Mobile Player of the Year

With the Esports Awards 6th Spotlight Show ended today and the list of people who made it to the final list were announced. In the list, various Indian players, including COD Mobile Jash “Learn” Shah made it to the final list. He also becomes the second Indian to be nominated for the Esports Mobile Player of the Year 2021 award, which includes 9 other nominees from all around the world.

The Spotlight event hosted by Thom ‘F.’ Badinger alongside Parker ‘Interro’ Mackay and Jess ‘JessGOAT’ Bolden announced the final list. During the Spotlight event, it was also announced that the Esports Awards will return to its original form, and the awards would take place physically, instead of being organised virtually. The 2020 Esports Awards were held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Esports Awards 2021 will be held on November 20 at the Esports Stadium Arlington, Texas, USA. Nominees for the 2021 Esports Awards were announced in a total of 14 new categories consisting of Pro, On-Air, and Collegiate finalists.

Learn, current;y is a part of the Indian Esports Organisation, TeamIND, started playing COD Mobile professionally in early 2020. Ever since his entry into the world of COD Mobile, Learn has been one of the most successful player in the Indian COD Mobile scene.

Having won a whooping 27 championship, including major and minor events, Learn has been one of the most consistent and established player in the COD Mobile scene in India.

Learn has also qualified twice for the COD Mobile World Championship along with his teammates. While playing for Team Mayhem, Learn qualified for the World Championship 2020 but the tournament was cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic, which brought the whole world to a standstill in 2020.

Learn is currently with the TeamIND and the whole team has qualified for the 2021 World Championship by winning the COD Mobile : SA and Middle East Championship.

Having so many championships under his belt, Learn is one of the top contenders for a podium finish in the Esports awards. Voting for the awards is open, players and fans can head over to the official website of the Esports Awards to vote for their favorite players and talents.

Esports Awards Mobile Player of the Year 2021

Esports Awards have been going on for a very long time, but this one category, Mobile Esports, was introduced just last year. And Mobile Esports Player on the Year was also introduced along with the Mobile Esports category. This category has one of the most popular mobile esports players in the world. The list of nominees features Indian COD Mobile professional player Learn, aka Jash Shah. The list also has the name of one of the most popular PUBG Mobile players on the world, Paraboy.

With this nomination, Learn has become the second player to have been nominated in the Mobile Esports category. The first player to have been nominated for this awards was PUBG Mobile player and popular YouTuber Mortal, aka Naman Mathur was nominated last year. Mortal was also nominated for Streamer of the Year 2021. Mortal came in second last year, and has been one of the most consistent streamers during the pandemic.

The Esports Awards is dedicated to showcasing top class performance and innovation from, amongst others, the players, teams, media, hardware providers, games, events, and personalities within the scene. Giving credibility to this process was fundamental for all involved and the integrity of every step was closely monitored by our Esports Awards committee.
