There are 3 ways to reach out the customer care support team. Players can choose to contact from in-game menu options, contact via the official website, or reach out to the developers through social media handles. 

How to contact via in-game  

• Launch the game. Once the in-game screen has loaded, follow the steps below: 

• Tap on the cog-wheel icon. This would take players to the in-game Settings menu. 
• Choose the Help and Support button. This would take players to the Clash of Clans Support page. 
• They will find a three-line bar at the top right. Tap on that to view the categories under which one might face an issue.
