Activision has postpone Season 2 of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0, saying there will be some modifications to deal with feedback from the community. Season 2 was said to release on 1st February. In a tweet posted by Activation, it is officially declared it will now release on 15th February. “Our studio teams have been making several changes based on what we have heard from our player community,” Activision said.

Fans enjoyed Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 after it’s release late previous year, gamer disappointment has risen since then. Specifically, Modern Warfare 2 gamers feel the premium shooter goes from an absence of content distinguished to free-to-download battle royale Warzone 2.0. Feedback on the DMZ extraction mode has greately been optimistic.

Also, Modern Warfare 2 witness the comeback of ranked play, a grand new multiplayer maps, fresh modes and weapons. That’s quite vague, but Activision stated it will launch information about it super soon.

While we don’t have concurrent gamer numbers on console, as per SteamDB, Modern Warfare 2 gamer numbers have lowered off steadily attending a peak in starting of November. It stays in Steam’s top 10 most-played games list, nonetheless.
