Fnatic and NAVI, the top two teams in EMEA, competed on May 17 to determine who would receive the top seed in their respective VCT region. The LOCK/IN champions, Fnatic, entered the series unbeaten, and they maintained it with a 2-0 victory. NAVI wanted to exact revenge on the team that knocked them out of the preseason tournament, but they were unable to get past Fnatic’s formidable defenses. Fnatic now has a perfect 9-0 record, while NAVI finishes the regular season with a 7-2 record.
