BMOC 2022 in-game qualifiers are going to start from April 4, 2022 and teams who have registered will soon get a mail regarding the same. However, most of the players who have registered for the event are wondering how many kills are required for the BMOC 2022 qualification and what the qualification criteria is going to be like along with dates and format.

BMOC 2022 In-Game Qualifiers– Kills Required To Qualify

While it is known that 15 matches will be played, out of which only 10 matches get counted, people don’t know of the criteria. Since most players focus on the kills, they tend to forget that getting the first place, and chicken dinner is priority. Pain FyXs in a vide has explained how many kills are required to qualify in BMOC 2022. He says, getting high kills should not be the priority, getting that chicken dinner should be.

BMOC Format 2022

The BMOC registration link will be available on the official BGMI website on Monday, March 14th.

  • The top 512 teams from the BMOC in-game qualifications will advance to the tournament’s first round.
  • The top 256 will advance to round 2 of the competition.
  • The top 64 players advance to Round 3 of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) Season 1, where they will battle for one of 24 seats in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS).
  • In the BMPS Season 1 qualifier, these 24 teams from BMOC will compete against a group of invited teams.
  • 24 teams will advance to the second stage of the BMPS from this pool of BMOC and invited teams, where they will compete in a difficult round robin style.
  • The top 16 teams from the 24 qualifying teams will compete in the BMPS Season 1 Grand Finals for a part of the INR 2 crore prize fund

BMOC 2022 Team Size

There has been a significant amount of change in the number of team members a team could have in their roster. While the least number of players have to be four, the upper limit has increased from five to six. A six man roster can be used in the BMOC 2022 registration and matches.

BMOC 2022 Prize Pool

The BMOC series will be Krafton’s first esports event in 2022, and the publisher just announced four esports competitions in India in 2022, totaling Rs. 6 crore in prize money. Seasons 1 and 2 of the BMPS will each feature a prize pool of Rs. 2 crore, and the tournaments will begin with the BMOC, which is accessible to all eligible users. Last year, Krafton vowed to invest $100 million (approximately Rs. 763 crore) in India to strengthen the country’s gaming, esports, entertainment, and IT industries.
