BLUELOCK -Episode Nagi- is coming to cinemas in the UK on July 5

The BLUELOCK spinoff manga will take us back to before he joined Blue Lock. Kodansha USA Publishing announced that the spinoff will hit bookstores in fall 2024.

A cool movie is coming soon to cinemas in the UK called Bluelock -Episode Nagi-, It’s based on a comic book and will be in English. The story is about Nagi, a high school kid who loves soccer, his friend finds out he is good at it and then he gets asked to join a special soccer project. The movie has a great cast and team working on it and there’s a catchy song in it too. Fans can also look forward to a new comic book coming out soon.

BLUELOCK Spinoff Manga and English Release

The BLUELOCK spinoff manga will take us back to before he joined Blue Lock. Kodansha USA Publishing announced that the spinoff will hit bookstores in fall 2024. While you wait, you can read the original Blue Lock manga which you can find online or in stores, thanks to Kodansha USA Publishing. It’s a story about Japanese kids fighting to be the best in soccer where talent and determination clash in a big way.

Since it started in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in August 2018, BLUELOCK has won over fans everywhere with its amazing story and cool characters. The TV show based on it came out in Japan in October 2022 and did really well. Now, they are making a movie and Crunchyroll is helping out a lot. Plus, there is talk of a second season of the show coming soon. BLUELOCK is definitely making a big impact and doesn’t seem like it is going to stop anytime soon.

BLUELOCK -Episode Nagi- Synopsis

Imagine you are Nagi Seishiro, a second-year boy in high school. Life’s pretty dull until your classmate Mikage Reo, discovers you are secretly awesome at soccer. Suddenly, you have excited about the sport again especially when Reo shares his dream of winning the World Cup. Then out of nowhere you get invited to this mysterious thing called the BLUE LOCK Project. It’s a big deal because you will be facing off against Japan’s best strikers. This is where your journey to greatness begins, full of challenges and victories, all while chasing your dreams with Reo by your side.

Under the guidance of Shunsuke Ishikawa, known for his work on TV cartoons, BLUELOCK -Episode Nagi- is being brought to life by 8-Bit Studios. Taku Kishimoto is famous for his work on popular shows like Haikyu!! and Silver Spoon and he is making sure the story flows smoothly as the script supervisor and writer. Kaneshiro is the original manga creator and keeps a close eye to make sure the show stays true to its roots. Nomura’s unique character designs are making the characters look lively on screen. Jun Murayama’s music adds a lot to the show’s atmosphere and makes it a truly memorable watch.

Music: Stormy by Nissy and SKY-HI

The song Stormy is sung by Nissy and SKY-HI and they make the movie feel even more emotional. Takahiro Nishijima’s singing is powerful and Mitsuhiro Hidaka brings a lot of excitement. Their song matches the feelings of BLUELOCK -Episode Nagi- and makes the story even more thrilling.
