Given how popular it has become, it’s only natural that Squid Game would want to collaborate with the most popular mobile battle royale game in the world. Squid Game’s classic ‘Red Light, Green Light’ was included as a special event mode in Free Fire, Garena’s battle royale game. BGMI, or its global iteration – PUBG Mobile, appears to be planning something similar, although unlike Free Fire, this might be an official collaboration. Squid Game Mode, Battlegrounds Mobile India, BGMI x Squid Game is coming soon.

Krafton has recently received a lot of positive feedback from the player community as a result of their unclear collaborations. The game is presently cooperating with Riot Games’ Arcane, a League of Legends-inspired series that has surpassed Squid Game as Netflix’s most-watched series.

Players are ecstatic about the new Mirror World event mode, which was released as part of the collaboration, because it allows them to score more kills and improve their F/D ratio in each match. However, the original Squid Game series is more popular in the region, which may bring even more participants to the collab event. However, there are currently few details available to indicate what the real gameplay would be like.

BGMI x Squid Game collaboration: Check out Gameplay

According to the leaks, the game will most likely be based on BGMI’s renowned ‘Red Light, Green Light’ mode, in which players must cover a distance in a set amount of time. According to the rules, players can only move or walk forward when the mic announces “green light.” If the red light appears again, players must stop moving and remain completely motionless to avoid being eliminated. The main goal is to reach the finish line before the timer expires. Players who enjoy battle royales will enjoy a new survival challenge. It will be entertaining for casual players who do not want to spend hours grinding to improve their gunfighting skills.

All of this being said, officials have yet to confirm anything, so stay tuned. According to YouTubers, the mode is expected to launch as a special on December 20.
