Battlegrounds Mobile India is expected to launch anytime in the next week. The tentative date for the game, as teased by many influencers is June 18, 2021. From influencers like Maxtern who have been talking about the game since it was banned, to esports athlete MortaL, everyone is hinting at how the date of the game’s release could be June 18.
It was earlier anticipated that the game would launch on Solar eclipse, that is, June 10, but the game is still under pre-registration stage. However, one development that could be considered as a major step is that content creator who had stopped streaming PUBG Mobile after its ban are now talking about the game. Co-owner of S8UL, Animesh “Thug” Agarwal uploaded a video on his channel asking people to pre-register for the game. Content creators Pratik Jogani (Hydra | Alpha) and Ayan Ali (8BitRebel) have also uploaded similar videos. All of them asking the same question from their audience– “Pre-register kiya kya?“
In the run-up to launch Battlegrounds Mobile India, the developers opened the pre-registrations on May 18. Two weeks since the registration opening, the game has garnered 2 crore pre-registrations. On the very first day, the game had 76 lakh registrations, which is extremely high for any game.
The game developers thanked the Indian gamin community for the impeccable support they have shown to the game.
