While Ballistic, the character who reportedly stems from the “Calibur” legend that was part of the big leak prior to season 13, has already been spotted in popular leakers and insiders’ accounts, his full ability list has now been leaked. Ballistic is an arms dealer and an attacking character, and all of his abilities are focused on guns. His passive, according to the leak, allows him to carry a third weapon that cannot have an attachment, while his ultimate ability gives his team infinite ammo for a period of time, faster reload times, and possibly High speed provides speed. The ultimate ability also equips a third weapon that Ballistic has in his passive weapon sling as a fully gold weapon.

But the leaked tactical capability is the one people are talking about the most: Smart Bullets. Previously, this ability was mentioned as a shot fired by Thornsmash that forced enemies to lay down their weapons if they were hit by it. This leak follows a similar path but is slightly different.This version of the Smart Bullet will cause enemies’ guns to heat up when they shoot them. Shooting the weapon too high will cause the weapon to overheat, which damages enemies as well as “causes backlash”, which can cause holstering the weapon, or any other type of aim, to flink or slow down.

Importantly, it doesn’t appear in the current terms of ability that this is much of a skill shot. Holding down the tactical button allows players to “lock on” on the target, essentially guaranteeing a tactical hit.
