My Teen Romantic Comedy, The third television anime season based on the novels, titled SNAFU Climax (Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come WA Machigatteiru. Kan), debuted in July 2020 and ran for 12 episodes. Sentai Filmworks licenced the show for distribution outside of Asia and made it available for streaming on HIDIVE and Crunchyroll. The series is also being streamed in English on HIDIVE. Two anime seasons, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU and My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!, which were broadcast on Crunchyroll, were previously based on the novels. Both seasons were made available on home video in North America by Sentai Filmworks, who had the rights to them.

Additionally, the novels served as the inspiration for a number of game initiatives in the past.
