Yorkshire registered their first win of the season in their last match when they beat Nottinghamshire. After losing three games continuously in the competition, they had won their first game. Batting first, Dawid Malan hit 95* off 56 balls to help his side post 182 runs on the board. The bowlers then did well to restrict Nottinghamshire to 174/4 to win the game by eight runs as well and they will be trying to carry forward the winning momentum also.
On the other hand, Lancashire had a great start to the competition. They won three games on a row but they suffered their first loss in their fourth game as well. They were beaten convincingly by Warwickshire. The Lancashire batters failed to do well as they got bundled out for 98 runs in 14.5 overs. Warwickshire then chased down the total in the 15th over to win the game by seven wickets as well. And, now, Lancashire will be trying to get back to winning zone also.
